Stop Spotify from suggesting new music

If you’re not interested in having Spotify suggest new music to you, there are a few things you can do to stop it.

  • First, make sure that you have “Automatic Downloads” turned off in your settings. To do this, go to “Settings,” then “Music.” From there, scroll down to the “Downloads” section and toggle the “Automatic Downloads” switch to the off position.
  • If you’re still seeing suggested music after turning off automatic downloads, it’s likely because you have “Show Recommended Content” turned on in your settings. To turn this off, go to “Settings,” then “Content.” From there, toggle the “Show Recommended Content” switch to the off position.
  • Finally, if you’re still seeing suggested music after taking these two steps, it’s possible that you have “Allow Spotify to Use Your Facebook Data” turned on in your settings. To turn this off, go to “Settings,” then “Social.” From there, toggle the “Allow Spotify to Use Your Facebook Data” switch to the off position.

How to get spotify to stop playing suggested songs

If you’re like me, you love Spotify but get annoyed by its suggested songs feature. Here’s how to turn it off so that you can rock out in peace!

  1. First, open up the Spotify app on your device.
  2. Then, click on the three lines in the top-left corner of the screen to open up the menu.
  3. From there, scroll down and select the “Settings” option.
  4. Once you’re in the Settings menu, click on the “Playback” option.
  5. Finally, toggle off the “Autoplay Suggestions” option and you’re all set! This will prevent Spotify from automatically playing suggested songs after your current playlist or album finishes.

The benefits of using Spotify

Spotify is a music streaming service that offers its users a wide variety of features. Some of these features include the ability to create and listen to custom playlists, the ability to follow other users and see what they’re listening to, and the ability to listen to songs offline.

Spotify also offers a free ad-supported version and a premium subscription-based version. The premium version of Spotify removes ads, gives users higher quality audio, and allows users to listen to songs offline.

How to create a custom playlist on Spotify

  • First, open up the Spotify app on your device.
  • Then, click on the “Your Library” tab in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  • Next, click on the “Create Playlist” button in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Enter a name for your playlist and click on the “Create” button.

Now, you can start adding songs to your playlist! To do this, simply drag and drop a song from your library into the playlist. You can also add songs to your playlist by clicking on the “Add to Playlist” button next to a song in your library.

The different types of playlists you can create on Spotify

Spotify offers its users the ability to create three different types of playlists:

  • Public playlists: Public playlists are visible to all Spotify users and can be followed by anyone.
  • Collaborative playlists: Collaborative playlists are similar to public playlists, but they can only be edited by users who have been invited to contribute.
  • Private playlists: Private playlists are only visible to the user who created them and cannot be followed by anyone else.
